Judge Dredd: The legend himself is an action series based on the 2000AD character Judge Dredd. It tells about the memoirs of Chief Judge Joseph Dredd Sr, the adventures of his son Judge Dredd Jr and his grandson Ray Dredd. The series is set in the future city of Mega-City One, where it continues to be ridden by crime but in lower levels thanks to Judge Dredd's succesful and long carreer, and where Street Judges are empowered to arrest, sentence and even execute criminals on the spot.
